Kevin Cleary
Principle
When you're driving the highways of the Northeast delivering leather samples in your early career — and now you’re driving the design conversation — you’re clearly in the right field. Meet Kevin Cleary, the principal who returned home to Connecticut (and to his wife and four little kiddos) to launch One10 Design Share and bring 110% attention to designers, architects and showrooms in Western CT, Western MA, Hudson Valley → Albany → Rochester.
From hand-delivering leather swatches 15 years ago to leading major national rep groups and then founding his own boutique rep house, Kevin’s passion hasn’t changed: quality relationships, deep knowledge of product, and being the rep who shows up with answers, not just questions.
When he's not consulting on a contract furniture line or organizing CAD specs, you’ll find him in the carpool lane, coaching his kids’ baseball team, or plotting his next short design-inspired getaway. The region’s design world got its local champion back — and we’re all better for it.

As Partner at One10 Design Share, Alexis blends business development savvy with design-minded energy to collaborate with designers, dealers and clients who expect more than “just reps”.
Whether it's scouting new lines, coordinating specs, or making sure every project flows without missing a beat — Alexis brings the friendly face, the fast follow-through and yes… the sense of fun that makes the process smoother. She’s about building something great, together.
Outside of the showroom she’s likely planning the next “bold move” — maybe a new design book, a studio visit, or simply being the go-to for “what’s next” in contract furniture. When One10 says “110%,” Alexis is making sure it hits.
